VERY RARE PROOF FROM PACIFIC ARCHIVES. UNCIRCULATED!!! Possibly a 1 of 1 This is a rare proof from 2001 Pacific Aurora hockey that was cut from an uncut sheet that was used to check for quality during the manufacturing process and saved for archival purposes. It is a 4-card uncut panel proof featuring the four players pictured below from the base card set. Backs are complete. I bought the remaining inventory from someone who bought out Pacific when they went out of business. He confirmed that they only kept, on average, 5 copies of each item for archiving, so this may be your only chance to obtain this rare collectible! It was not inserted into any pack, and would make a great variation for any individual-player collection. A sample scan is provided below but you are only bidding on the player(s) and/or cards listed in the auction item title. Please check out my other items for more players from this set. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. CLICK HERE TO VIEW MY OTHER AUCTIONS!!!!! Some basic facts about the Pacific proof cards I sell are as follows: 1) Unless otherwise stated, the backs are complete. 2) For most of them, the fronts are complete, although some foil may be missing. Please see scans for further details. 3) If any corresponding finished versions of the cards contain autographs, game-used items, or serial numbering, the proofs DO NOT have any of these attributes, as they are indeed just proofs and not the finished product. 4) If it’s a single card, it is typically 1/8″ to 1/4″ taller and wider than a standard card in order to differentiate it from a pack-inserted version. 5) If it’s a 2-card uncut panel, then it’s obvious that it wasn’t pack inserted, but even these are individually larger than a standard card. 6) Some of the proofs have extra “dead stock” (that was removed for the final version of the card), color bars, etc. Serious buyers only please. You are only buying the item listed in the auction title. Scan may show example of card you are considering purchasing, and not actual card. All cards I sell are in at least near mint to mint condition unless otherwise stated in item description above.
